Oliver Zeter Petz

After a traditional and open fermentation with a subsequent maceration that lasted several weeks, the must was crushed softly and the young wine was filled into used barrique barrels made of French Oak. There the different types of vines were matured and stored separately from one another for 10 months. Blending the single basic wines resulted in a Cuvée, which was bottled unfiltered and without prior fining.   PETZ presents itself full bodied and fruity but at the same time with a multifaceted elegant demeanour. 58 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 12 % St. Laurent, 10 % Dornfelder – 13%Vol
