Description
A nod to the northern Rhone with this 95% sSyrah and 5% Viognier robust and hearty wine. Deep red with a perfumed nose of violets, ground pepper, raosting meat and tar. Oriental spices and wood. Fermentaton finished in new American oak with battonage, folloed by malolactic fermentation and 24 months maturation. A wine you can cellar for 10 years.
