Mosel Rieslings are very much back in fashion especially in top end restaurants as they’re so versatile with food. Intensely zesty with flavours of fresh lime and ripe blood orange followed by a lick of rock salt and hints of honey and lychee. Its svelte texture has a seasoning of ginger adding length and complexity. Delicious as an aperitif and with seafood, fish, chicken, light meats, Asian cuisine and soft white and blue cheeses. (DB).
